Udon Noodles with Gochujang Sauce

Ingredients
gochujang 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
mirin 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp
udon noodles 1 each
onion 1 each
garlic 1 tbsp
spring onion 2 each
sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Steps
  1. Mix the gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil.
  2. Put the udon noodles in boiling water. Rinse out with cold water once boiling again.
  3. Dice the onion and garlic. Cut the spring onion into small rings, keeping the white and green parts seperate.
  4. Stir-fry the onion, garlic, and white part of the spring onion.
  5. Add the noodles and mix in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with the sesame seeds and green part of the spring onion.
